How will you return the product?

It's a simple, hassle-free procedure. Simply call us on 9167978124/ 9167978136 between 10 p.m. to 7 p.m. and we'll guide you how you can return the product.

When will you return the product?

A Return request must be raised and the product returned within 2 days of receiving the product.

What must you ensure while returning the product?

1. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
2. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.
3. All the returned products must be packed securely so that no damage or loss takes place during the return shipment.
4. The shipping charges for the products returned must be paid by the customer.
5. All the returned products must reach us within 10 days from the date of raising the return request.

How does the replacement take place?

1. If you are not satisfied with a particular product or it doesn't suit your need, you may get it replaced with any other product. You can go through hundreds of our products on www.anandindiaspycameras.com and choose the product that you want.
2. Once the product you returned reaches us, we shall send you the product that you want in replacement.
3. If the product that you have chosen has a greater price than the existing product, then, you may pay us the remaining amount with Cash on Delivery.
4. In case, the product that you have chosen has a lesser price than the existing product, then, we give you a credit note.If the amount is more than Rs.400. If it is lesser than Rs.400, we recharge your phone with the applicable amount. (Subject to availability of the service providers on our list)

What is a Credit Note?

When you want a product replaced, but you are unsure of the product that you want instead, at the time, we issue you a Credit Note. Credit Note is a hard copy, a tangible letter that we send at your registered address. This Credit note amount is equal to the price of the product that you have returned. The Credit Note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can purchase any product from us within this one year using the credit note.

When are you eligible for a refund?

A monetary refund is given to our valued customers only on 'Money-Back Guarantee' products. If for some reason you need to return a product, give us a call on our Customer Care numbers and on the discretion of our Customer Care department, monetary refund will be given to you strictly through NEFT only.
The amount is refunded after deducting the Logistic Charges, Handling Charges and Marketing Fees.
